Terms of Service
Plain, honest terms for using Lumiopage. No surprises.
1. Agreement
By creating a workspace or using Lumiopage you agree to these terms. If you use Lumiopage for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Email verification is required before first sign-in. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the sites, forms, copy, and media you create. You grant Lumiopage the rights needed to host, render, and deliver that content to the visitors of your published sites and to the domains you connect.
You are responsible for the legality of your content and for having the rights to anything you upload or publish.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Lumiopage to publish unlawful content, to phish or deceive, to send unsolicited bulk email, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to break tenancy isolation or access another workspace’s data.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through the subscription catalog shown at checkout. Quotas and features are those listed on your plan. Taxes may apply. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Custom domains
You are responsible for the domains you connect and the DNS records you add at your provider. Lumiopage verifies ownership by DNS and serves a domain only after it is verified.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be communicated through the product.
8. Termination
You may delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the platform or other tenants at risk.
9. Liability
Lumiopage is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
